Sony has just announced it'll be launching a white version of the Playstation 3 Slim console in Japan on 29 July.
Apart from the colour, this new version will also have a boosted storage capacity. Whereas previously only available with capacities of 120 GB or 250 GB, the new cool white PS3 Slim will be available with a hard drive of either 160 GB or 320 GB (in Japan only).
Although it's likely that the white casing won't make it to Europe, I'd be very surprised if we didn't see a boosted-capacity model heading our way soon. Plus, according to certain rumours, the two new models are said to be no more expensive than the original black ones.
