Conclusion
The Dualpix HD720p for notebooks is a light and discreet webcam. It offers good image quality and can be easily attached to a laptop computer. It's just a shame the sound isn't quite up to scratch.
This practical webcam offers good video image quality and excellent sound. Just make sure you keep the room lit if you don't want the picture to suffer. The HD5000 also comes at an affordable price.
As you can see, the LifeCam Cinema does very well in a well lit room. Things are quite different in dark environments. It then tends to overexpose which means you lose a lot of detail. The built-in microphone is also far below what you get with the VX-5500.
