This television is the 52’’ version of the 40’’ which we tested: the Bravia KDL-40V4000.

Characteristics, the panel and circuitry are identical and only brightness may vary slightly which minimally affects contrast. According to manufacturers (and our tests confirm), results from one diagonal size can easily be extrapolated to identical models of bigger or smaller sizes.

In the end, the V4000 is an excellent TV like the W4000. Its main weakness is the lack an HD compatible digital tuner.
