This TV is the 19 inch version of the 22PFL3404 that we have tested.
For the rest, its spec is identical on all points to the model tested and we can therefore expect to find the same results on this model. Sometimes however, manufacturers do equip different sized versions differently with different panels. If this is the case, the results published here will not apply to the different panels. Contrast, black levels, colours and ghosting would then all be subject to notable differences on different panels.
And for those who use the same panel for all sizes, they give strictly identical results, except for brightness which can vary very slightly from one size to another, which can affect contrast. We have been able to check this in testing and our results have been confirmed by those manufacturers we have consulted on the subject.

Pluses
-
Good SD upscaling
Minuses
-
Blacks not deep enough
-
Lack of contrast
-
Approximative colours
-
Lots of ghosting
Unsurprisingly and like all small TVs, the PFL3404 cant rival larger models. However, it gives a decent account of itself as a backup.
