CES 2012: A TV Running On Ubuntu (For Franck!)

Franck Mée isn't only our camera specialist. He's also a fervent admirer of Ubuntu (Linux).
It's therefore with a great deal of emotion that we can report the forthcoming arrival of televisions running not on iOS, Windows 8 or Google TV, but also Ubuntu.
We attended a demo given by one of the developers at CES 2012. The wow effect was certainly there! It's certainly much more fluid than the current connected operating systems. Here's the proof on video:
