CES 2012: LG LM9600 Nano Full LED TV

Ahead of the official opening of the CES 2012 tech show today, LG has presented a new LCD TV with Full LED backlighting.

LG will be updating its Full LED LCD TVs. The LM9600 will be available in 47 or 55 inches.

The LM9600 is an LCD TV LCD with Full LED backlighting, which means that LED lights cover the entire rear of the screen panel. This new LCD TV will be replacing the rather ill-fated LW980S. Note that LG hasn't yet stated how many local dimming blocks will be used in this new model. Stay tuned for more news later today.
