Samsung LE46C630
Plenty of you have been waiting a long time for this test, our review of the 46'' version of the LE C630, a range of TVs that's also available in 32'', 37'' and 40'' versions.

Note that unlike with other TVs, you can't extrapolate the results from this review to the 32'' and 40'' versions of the same range. The latter both have a Sony-Samsung S-LCD panel which uses PVA technology. The 37'' version, as well as this 46'' version, both have MVA panels manufactured by AU Optronics. All of the models should be equally responsive, but PVA technology has a reputation for producing better contrast ratios, reproducing colours more accurately and wider viewing angles.

Samsung's C630 is one of the most eagerly awaited TVs of the moment, with a flourishing feature list and great hardware for a sensible price.

On paper, it has a number of powerful advantages, including a media player, support for the DLNA standard and MotionPlus 100 Hz to display movements in films more fluidly.
