The Samsung Slate PC, up for review on Friday
Here's a quick reminder of our weekly schedule so you know what to look out for:
Mondays: displays, including monitors and TVs. Tuesdays: cameras, camcorders and peripherals. Wednesdays: hardware components and printers. Thursdays: mobiles, smartphones and audio equipment. Fridays: laptops, notebooks, buyer's guides. Saturdays and Sundays: insight and analysis.

- Monday: we started the week with reviews of the Iiyama ProLite B2473HDS 23" IPS monitor and the Philips 42PFL3606H TV.
- Tuesday: we'll be reviewing the Panasonic Lumix GX1 and Samsung NX200 interchangeable lens compacts. Later, we'll be putting two SDHC cards from Integral and SanDisk through their paces.
- Wednesday: we'll be pumping up the volume with the V-Moda Crossfade M80 and Crossfade LP headphones. In the afternoon, we'll be taking a look back over the hits and misses from 2011's touchscreen tablets.
- Thursday: we'll be testing the Intel Core i7 2700K processor, before getting up close and personal with the Samsung Galaxy Nexus—Google's flagship Android smartphone.
- Friday: we'll be reviewing the Samsung Slate PC XE700 laptop-turned-tablet, as well as the Asus UX21E ultrabook laptop.
- Sunday: as a special Christmas treat, we'll be bringing you our first impressions of the PlayStation Vita in a hands-on with Sony's upcoming handheld games console.
