Today we're looking at the much disputed territory of mobile machines that is also much coveted by electronics component manufacturers.The two US giants, Intel and Qualcomm, are jostling for position, certainly not holding back when it comes to areas dominated by the other. Their common objective? To make the most of the lucrative opportunities offered by convergent products and gain a presence under the hoods of smartphones, notebooks, smartbooks, tablets, netbooks and other MIDs.
