We've just finished our review of a 10.1'' touchscreen tablet running Windows 7, the MSI WindPad 110W.  The biggest question, though, is whether Windows 7 is really cut out for a tablet?
Despite going on sale last autumn, we've only just got our hands on the WindPad 110W.  Running Windows 7, the WindPad takes a simple approach to running Microsoft's desktop OS.  Without a stylus--although one is available as an optional extra--and no dock to speak of in the packaging, it stands out from other products like the Samsung Slate PC, which also tries to straddle the divide between tablets and laptops.

Will its spec--which runs to a dual-core 1 GHz Brazos Z-01 processor from AMD,  2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of SSD storage, a multitouch IPS display, 3G and USB 2.0 and SD card connectivity--be enough to convince us that Windows 7 has a future on a tablet?
