What could be more logical than seeing a notebook manufacturer turning to the touchscreen tablet segment? With its pro DNA, Lenovo could well have a card to play with the release of its ThinkPad Tablet.

Another new Honeycomb tablet you might be thinking! Except that here the ThinkPad Tablet is for the pro segment, which makes sense when you know that it has been made by Lenovo. As a result the capacitive IPS touchscreen comes with a stylus and Honeycomb has received some nice additions from the world of pro applications.

Under the screen, there's a dual-core Nvidia Tegra 2 processor clocked at 1 GHz, 1 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage and Android 3.1. There's plenty of connectivity, including USB, micro-USB, mini-HDMI ports, an optional proprietary dock and keyboard, an SD/SDHC reader and a SIM card slot.

So then, does this pro tablet do the business?
