You can see how the two manufacturers are placing themselves if you take a look at today’s four products. The Edifier M1335 comes in at just below the £50 mark – this is what you’d pay for low-end 2.0 speakers! The much more handsome M3200 are only £69.99!
The Altec Lansing expressionist PLUS (FX 3021) and expressionist ULTRA (MX 6021) cost a good deal more; between 2 and 4 times as much as the Edifiers!
Are they 2 to 4 times better?
