For anyone who can't wait for the official release of Windows 8, a pre-beta version for developers is already available.

On the occasion of Build - Microsoft's developer conference - Microsoft made a pre-beta version of Windows 8 available for developers - and anyone else who's interested - so that they can start getting to grips with its forthcoming operating system and development kit. If you have time and a PC or a tablet (that can be formatted) with Intel processor, here's the chance you may have been waiting for. Note, as the system is still full of bugs, don't think you'll be able to use it to replace your old OS just yet.
