Duel Windows 7 vs Windows 8: Should We Expect A Performance Hike?

Microsoft is presenting its new operating system for this year at CES 2012. Yup, we're talking Windows 8! A pre-version is already available and we've given the new OS, slated for the end of the year, the once over.
