Sat Nav Review: Mio Spirit 687 is a Widescreen Wonder

Despite a very simple interface and some indisputable strengths, not all of Mio's recent sat navs have left us impressed.  Fortunately, though, the manufacturer seems to be on track with this new widescreen GPS.

The new Mio Spirit 687 sat nav is part of a current trend for large displays on GPS devices.  The interface is as clear and complete as ever, and adds a few handy new features, some of which represent a genuine innovation.
