Blu-Rays

It'd be a shame to get yourself a Playstation 3 and ignore one of its great features: the built-in Blu-Ray player. In contrast to what you might think, not all Blu-Rays give the same quality. Here's a list of a few we've found particularly good:

Snow White, Star Trek Season 1, Blade Runner, Pinocchio, Bands of brothers, Monsters vs Aliens

We have no desire to tell gamers what they should be buying. But if you really have no idea what’s going on, or quite simply what’s popular on the Playstation 3 and you absolutely HAVE TO give someone a game for Christmas, here’s a helping hand!

Colin McRae: DiRT 2	Street fighter IV	Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
Atmosphere, driving and graphics, it’s all there to keep racing games fans happy!	A game to bring back the fans as well as those discovering Street Fighter for the first time. Capcom has finally succeeded in combining all the best bits of the previous versions.	The online mode gives the game almost unlimited life-expectancy, a weapons free-for-all, not to forget the excellent graphics. If you’re a fan of the genre, you won’t want to miss out.

Fifa 10	Uncharted 2	Batman: Arkham Asylum
All the improvements made to FiFA 2009 make this THE football game of the year.	The graphics and storylines in Uncharted II have brought unanimous approval. Exploration, mysteries to solve and climbing, as well as plenty of nasty villains to eliminate.	Arkham Asylum has been developed with a great deal of care. Get ready to assume the identity of either a superhero or a supernasty.
