The Samsung Xpress C410W is a variation on the SL-C460FW. The C410W is the single-function version of the same printer. It does not scan or fax and it has 32 MB of memory instead of 128 MB. Lacking these functions, we rated it down one star.

  • NFC capability
  • OCR (optical character recognition)
  • Good print quality
  • Easy Eco Driver allows you to be more ecologically and economically sound

  • No duplex
  • No scanner or fax
  • High cost per page
  • No touchscreen
  • Paper tray holds only 150 sheets
  • Automatic print reports waste paper and toner

The Samsung Xpress C410W's NFC capabilities—a first for this type of machine—greatly simplify the printing process, as you don't need any apps or drivers. But with Samsung Mobile Print you could already print and scan remotely from your phone or tablet. However, here the lack of duplex and the high cost per page may deter some buyers.
