Internet in your car thanks to a Wi-Fi box coupled with a 3G/ G+ key. This is what Peugeot announced at the end of last year in Frankfurt. Well, it's now available.Known as wifi on board, the kit will be built in to the next Peugeot model, the 5008, before being rolled out across other vehicles in the range.
You'll no longer need to rely on random 3G access to browse on long journeys. The inside of your car will be set-up for operational internet access. You'll be able to check your mails, play on-line, connect to social-networking sites - something to occupy the passengers then!
You should be online in your Peugeot some time this year.
