The company's reps filled us in on the Ozone story. It was started a year and a half ago by some Spanish gamers with the aim of marketing good peripherals that would come in cheaper than you currently pay for the bigger brands (the ubiquitous Razer, Logitech and Roccat).
So here they are with two mice, the Radon 3K and 5K, on sale at £39 and £49 respectively, with 3000 and 5000 dpi sensors. For the rest, the two models are the same.
Our first impression:
- excellent glide!
- system for changing definition on the fly, original and practical,
- corridors to guide the cables underneath, a first,
- excellent finish at this price,
- 500 Hz.
The full test is slated for January and will give you further details.
