Only in Tokyo, part 17: a battery-less camera

Still only a prototype and not completely functional, but Sony is counting on it and we've seen it ourselves: the Twirl'N Take is a camera for children, without batteries.
We weren't allowed to take any photos of the machine itself, just these images printed in the Sony Building, under close surveillance. No problem, we know the score - sorry for the poor quality:
The concept dates back some way. Sony in fact was demoing it to a happy few back in 2007. The principle is as follows: you turn the round bit for 15 seconds and then take your photo. Unfortunately you can't view the photo right off, as it has no screen, but you can then move across to a second weird and wonderful machine, the Push Power Play. It is also without battery, rechargeable through movement (scrub it furiously on the table!).
