So you thought we'd finished our series of articles on Tokyo? Think again! Today we'll be looking at something you'll find in pretty much every shop in the Japanese capital.
Can you tell what it is yet?
Well, if you're stuck on the tube (and you'll find plenty of people selling them in the underground, by the way) and your mobile is running out of battery, just rip open one of these guys and attach it to your phone. Then, suddenly, like Travolta shoving that needle into Uma Thurman's heart in Pulp Fiction, your mobile will instantly spring back to life. You'll never have to worry about being cut off from your virtual life again. Phew!
This emergency power pack will set you back 998 yen, which is about £7.
