The latest updated corrects a software bug that was preventing certain handsets from recharging the battery in full. The update apparently also improves Wi-Fi connectivity.
The update is due to be rolled out progressively over the next couple of weeks. You'll need to connect your Lumia 800 to a computer then use Zune on PC or Windows Phone 7 Connector on Mac to access it.
