The news will please many people: the Wall Street Journal published a reassuring article yesterday concerning the health of Steve Jobs and his return to the controls at Apple.
The article almost reads like a communiqué. We learn that Jobs underwent a liver transplant two months ago, that he is recovering well and that he still expects to be able to return to Apple by the end of June. Although, the paper says, he may well be only part time at first.
Reuters has also covered the report along with a series of portraits dated from July 2000 to September 2008, which remind us of his previous medical trials and tribulations (cancer of the pancreas in 2006).
