Windows Seven to launch in October

Microsoft Windows 7 will be available on 22 October 2009, and any Vista PC sold after 26 June will qualify for a free upgrade.Well ... almost any Vista PC, except:
- Manufacturers will need to provide coupons to end-users to allow them to qualify for the upgrade.
- The upgrade is only available for Windows Vista Premium, Pro and Integral users; Vista Basic isn't included.
- You'll still need to pay for shipping on the Windows Seven DVD once you decide to upgrade.
