Double innovation: here we have the first 22 inch screens with PVA panels and also the first 22'' with a 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution. And that's not all: the Display Port has also arrived...- The first tested is the HP w2216v : a very pretty, inexpensive 22 inch. This is a budget screen which will make your desk look a whole lot swankier.
- Then we have the HP LP2275w: PVA panel + Display port + DVI + intelligent base… A “pro” screen, it is also and above all the first 22'' to get rid of the technological deficiencies of TN panels.
- Lastly: the Lenovo ThinkVision L220x. : With just as strong ergonomics as the HPs but without a Display Port interface, traded for a very much higher definition: 1920 x 1200 pixels instead of 1680 x 1050. What we have is a 24 inch squashed into a 22’’ bezel.
- As usual, test results can be compared in the monitor product face-offs.
