Panasonic TZ7 falls in price

The Panasonic TZ7 has fallen to below £250, and even lower in some stores.  In case you needed reminding, it's far and away our favourite compact digital camera.  That's thanks to its 12x zoom crammed into a tiny frame and a video mode that can take on HD camcorders.  The stereo microphone certainly helps in this regard.

On that note, we've already examined whether or not a TZ7 really can replace a camcorder, with a piece weighing up the benefits of each option.  Take a look at the video at the ned of the article, which we shot on the TZ7 when we took it for a day at the races.  You'll be able to see (and hear) what it's capable of--and just what makes it different from other cameras.

New TV Tests: LED TVs from Sharp and Hannspree's 28'' screen

Today we're looking at two TVs: an example of Sharp's LE700 series and the Hannnspree ST281MAB.

The LE700 is Sharp's attempt at an LED TV to take on the entry-level segment of the market.  That puts it up against the Samsung B6000, one of the best models available at the moment.  The Sharp LE700 is available in 32'', 40'', 46'' and 52'' versions.

Hannspree, on the other hand, has decided to go for a smaller TV.  When a manufacturer known for producing computer monitors turns its hands to producing TVs, then we're always keen to see what the results are.  The ST281MAB is a Full HD television for under £300--but is it any good?
