New product survey: Home Cinema, interested?

Quite a few of us have been waiting for some time for audio tests of home-cinema and hi-fi products on Digital Versus. The first product survey of the segment is now here!

We've taken our time but after some intensive testing, the home cinema product survey is with us. The first publication out today with two systems from the lower end of the price range from the electronics allrounder Samsung and audio specialist Klipsch. Watch this space as we'll be publishing a good few more tests in this category in the weeks to come.

The survey will include 5.1 and 7.1 systems, as well as pages linking to various speakers that make up these systems when sold as separates. Our aim always being to help you form an opinion on the products before you shell out!

There will also soon be a 2.1 system survey, also home cinema orientated, as well as one for audio projectors, hi-fi speakers and amplifiers. And of course we have one or two surprises in store for you.

In the meantime, we're inaugurating our Home Cinema product survey with the Samsung HT-BD1250 system and the recent Klipsch HD Theater 500.
