Iiyama, which already enjoys good reputation for its TN-based monitors, recently unveiled a display with an MVA panel.  Now though, the firms is getting ready to release a new 23'' screen with an IPS display, the new Iiyama ProLite X2377HDS.

There isn't an exact launch date just yet, but we do know that this 23'' screen will have a Full HD display, VGA, DVI and HDMI inputs and a pair of 2 x 1.5 W speakers.  The stand, however, looks like it will only allow users to adjust the angle of the display.

The vast majority of Iiyama's monitors use TN displays, and some of them have done very well of late.  One, the ProLite B2475HDS scored five stars in our recent review.  But when the firm tried its hand at MVA, in the shape of the ProLite X2372HDS, we were less much less impressed.  Let's hope it's a different story with this new IPS monitor!
