Although Samsung is set to officially present its Galaxy Note 2 handset tomorrow, a Korean website claims to have got hold of the official spec sheet and has posted it online.

While LG's quad-core Optimus G mobile had previously been enjoying some pre-IFA limelight, the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is now getting in on the act with a leaked set of specs. Samsung's much-awaited 5" smartphone is due to be unveiled tomorrow, but one site claims to have got its hands on the final spec sheet.

The leaked specs list a 5.5" AMOLED display (1280 x 720 pixels) and the Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean OS, to which Samsung will no doubt add its custom TouchWizz interface. The specs also show 3G and 4G LTE support.

Contrary to what was initially suspected, the Exynos 4412 processor looks to be clocked at 1.4 GHz rather than the rumoured 1.6 GHz. Plus, the Galaxy Note 2 will apparently be available with either 16 GB or 32 GB of memory.

We'll be heading over to Berlin tomorrow for Samsung's presentation so stay tuned for official news on the upcoming Galaxy Note 2. We might even manage a quick hands-on!
