We're testing two of LaCie's seriously sleek media centres today. With their exclusive Neil Poulton design they're certainly very stylish, but is the technology up to scratch?

With its casing designed by Neil Poulton and top-of-the-range decoder chip, the LaCie LaCinema Classic HD should have all it takes to impress. On paper it looks promising, but let's see whether this sleek media centre can live up to expectations.

The LaCinema Mini HD is effectively a mini version of LaCie's Classic HD media centre. As well as its compact design, the Mini HD has Wi-Fi N connectivity and exactly the same decoder chip as the 'full size' version. Will it be the next must-have?
