So what exactly is 'match moving'? To quote Wikipedia 'match moving is a visual-effects technique that allows the insertion of computer graphics into live-action footage with correct position, scale, orientation, and motion relative to the photographed objects in the shot.'
German student Andreas Heikaus has used this technique to create an impressive match moving video of Mario Bros. Check it out below. As well as being a feast for the eyes, it'll also help you get your head round the whole concept of match moving.
