Here’s something that will interest a lot of people: Windows load time. Most people think that the more memory you have the faster the start-up time. What do we get in practice?
Damn! No difference on our low-end PC! The system takes the same time whether we have 2 GB or 4 GB of RAM.
For the high-end machine, it’s interesting to see that it starts slightly slower than on the low-end machine! The difference is very small and in fact, the limiting factor isn’t the memory but rather the hard drive used.
