A video that's been leaked online contains footage of a mobile that looks suspiciously like the Nokia N9—except that it seems to be running the next version of Windows Phone 7, the Mango update.  As has already been announced, the world's leading mobile manufacturer is planning to make a switch to Microsoft's OS for its next generation of smartphones.

Nokia's CEO Stephen Elop recently promised that the first WP7 handsets will be unveiled before the end of the year, with mass production really ramping up in 2012.

One change from the Nokia N9 is the presence of the touch-sensitive buttons under the display.

Recently, analysts IDC predicted that despite its current poor performance, especially compared to Android, Microsoft's mobile OS will end up in second place, ahead of Apple iOS but still a long way behind Google, by 2015.
