Monitor Review: Philips E-line 237E3QPH 23'' IPS Display

Last time we tested a Philips monitor, the manufacturer had tried using an MVA display—and managed to produce its first ever five-star display.  Now it's back with IPS, will it manage the same feat a second time?


After the excellent performance of its 241P4 monitor, Philips is back for more with the new 237E3QPH, a 23'' screen with a 23'' Full HD IPS display.  As well as an attractive new design, it also boasts a very affordable price tag.
