Monitor Review: Packard Bell Maestro 230 LED HD

We're not just adding another new monitor to our collection of reviews this week, but a whole new manufacturer.  Packard Bell is warming up to see how its Maestro 230 LED HD does on its first visit to our lab. 

It's the first time Packard Bell has made an appearance in our monitor reviews.  The manufacturer has decided to get us started with the Maestro 230 LED HD, a 23'' Full HD monitor with a TN display and a design that looks a little too familiar ...
