Conclusion
|
On paper, the LG Flatron IPS237L looks to be full of good ideas, but this monitor proved rather less convincing in practice. That said, it would still be suitable for non-gamers or anyone who's not bothered about 100% accurate colours. Plus, screen viewing angles are nice and wide, and MHL support is a rare feature in the current monitor market ... if that's something you'll find use for. |
The Iiyama ProLite XB2776QS just managed to scrape its way to a five-star score! It has a great set of hardware features, colour fidelity is excellent and contrast is above average. However, there's still some room for improvement, as the screen response time is a bit too low for gamers. |
The LG Flatron E2351VQ is a 23" Full HD monitor with good contrast, a nice design and a reasonable price tag. Unfortunately, the disappointing overdrive mode stops this display delivering the kind of responsiveness you'd expect from a real "2 ms" panel. It therefore can't hope for higher than a three-star score in our review. |
