A few days after the Windows duel, two new adversaries enter the arena: which among the hybrid touchscreen tablet/PC and the ultraportable laptop is the best all-rounder?
Duel ecrans 600PX

On the left:  Ultra-light, robust, swish design, wide touchpad and backlit keyboard, that's what you get with the latest generation 11.6-inch MacBook Air, which reproduces everything that was good about the previous generation and adds more processing power..

On the right: the Slate PC XE700, an 11.6-inch  touchscreen hybrid running on Windows 7 and with a low consumption Intel Core i5 processor, 64 GB of storage and accessories like the stylus, a Bluetooth keyboard and a charging dock equipped with additional connectors.

Two products that offer perfectly legitimate solutions to the office/house conundrum. All that was required was a duel to demonstrate which to go for.
