Although there was no mention of release dates and prices, LG was showing off glasses-free 3D screens in a laptop and a monitor on its stand at CES 2012.
We saw a similar demo over on the Sony stand, as manufacturers seem to think that glasses-free 3D is the logical next step for screen technology. Plus, like Sony, LG has chosen to equip its glasses-free 3D laptop screen with a webcam to track user movements and ensure the 3D picture is rendered with the best possible quality in relation to your position.
But while it's all very well and good showing off a 3D laptop, we're still waiting for LG to launch a bog-standard 2D laptop in the UK!
