At the Intel press event yesterday, we were treated to a demo of Windows 8 on an ultrabook.

Intel thinks there's scope for people to use touchscreens and gyrocope motion sensors in notebook computers

Nikiski: a transparent touchpad in this device doubles up as a screen!

Intel said that voice controls and a Kinect-style control system could be coming to ultrabooks in the future
With more information on these new and improved ultrabooks due around April 2012, this new-generation of products could possibly be due to follow not long after.
