La Factory 2012
Hear ye, hear ye! Tomorrow's the big day. Our sister website, LesNumériques.com, is organising a trade show tomorrow in Paris, right next door to our offices at The 104.

Berlin has one, Vegas has one, Barcelona has one, why not Paris too? Forty-five of the biggest names in consumer electronics will be there to announce new products, give hands-on demonstrations and hold roundtable discussions about the state of the industry.

Here's a little taste of what to expect:

Mobility

There have been some big releases over the past few months: Galaxy S3, iPhone 5, Galaxy Note 2. Now it's time for Windows 8 with the Nokia Lumia 920 and 820 and the HTC 8X and 8S. HTC and Huawei will also be representing Android, Asus and Lenovo have some brand new tablets for us and Garmin and TomTom will be handling the GPS front.

Image

Sony is showing off its XXXL-sized 4K TV, the Bravia KDL-84X9005, Philips will have its 3D glasses there for the public to try out and we'll get a taste of the Popcorn Hour A-400 multimedia box.

Audio

Philips will be showcasing its entire Fidelio headphone range, JBL will be presenting its upcoming headphones, and more products can be expected from Jabra, Harman/Kardon, AKG, V-Moda and Skullcandy.

Computing

Let's not forget Gigabyte's new ultrabooks, Iiyama's latest monitors, Plantronics and SteelSeries' gaming accessories and Altec Lansing's PC speakers.

This is the list of brands that will be attending:

Factory Brands

We'll be there covering all the biggest news and announcements from the show. And if any of you feel like making a trip cross-Channel, you know where to find us!
