A few months ago, Sennheiser revamped the PX 200, one of its flagship models of headphones. We were keen to find out what improvements had been made, as well as see how it compared with a long-standing market heavyweight, the Koss PortaPro.

Sennheiser has made very few (read 'no') modifications to the audio output of the PX 200-II, and the main changes are aesthetic. The Koss PortaPro, on the other hand, hasn't changed at all over the last 25 years. So how will this latest newcomer shape up against a tried-and-tested favourite?
