This afternoon's tests feature two sets of in-ear headphones from a brand that's better known for making cables rather than audio accessories.

First up are the Lady Gaga Heartbeats.  Part of the Beats by Dr Dre range, which takes its inspiration from famous musicians, the unusual design of these headphones was supervised by their namesake herself.

The second pair is sold directly under the Monster brand.  The Turbines are a pair of headphones that look just like … turbines.
