New Hannspree TVs: 3D, Edge LED, 100 Hz ... Plus Giraffes and Zebras

Hannspree is getting ready to unveil its new range of TVs at the IFA in Berlin.  The announcement is set to include a 55'' 3D TV, a new SV range from 19'' to 42'' and some new additions to its Novelty range ...


The new active 3D television will only come in a single 55'' version, but the new SV range will come in a wider range of sizes.  The latter will be backlit with laterals LEDs, and gets both the X-Contrast feature to boost the contrast ratio and a Vivid Motion 100 Hz filter to make movements in 24 fps films smoother.

Last but by no means least, Hannspree is targeting young viewers with these new additions to its Novelty range.  We don't have any information on screen size or price just yet, but we'll be sure to come to back to you as soon as we do ...
