These are the figures given by GlobalWebIndex and supported by the projections by Paul Allen and the forecast for progression of the Google environment (Gmail, Picasa and so on). According to Experian Hitwise, in November the traffic on Google Plus was up 25% in the United States and 75% of the users came from associated Google services.
These numbers put G+ some way behind Facebook (800 million users) but hot on the heels of the very popular Chinese microblogging site Sina Weibo, more commonly known as Weibo (200 millions users).
Google made no comment.
