Facebook founder Zuckerberg on success, creativity and innovation

US site Business Insider has published a series of interviews with Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook.  The young entrepreneur talked about four different themes:

• creativity: or how they do things differently to Google
• innovation: why there's no need--and no time--to write a business plan
• the voice of the users: when they want it, they get it
• confident leadership: what it's like to be 25 and take decisions that affect millions of users

The videos sometimes take a while to load but they present a fascinating picture of the man behind that site that so many people use every day.  Somebody ought to make a film about it … ah yes, it's on its way ...
