Mobile applications can be time-consuming and fiddly to use: you have to log in, choose the right option, write stuff, correct your mistakes, press OK etc. But fear not for your tired, aching fingers, as these glasses can take photos and videos of exactly what you're looking at and then post them online in just one click!

Oh, don't worry about that bar of sensors in front of your eye, this is just the prototype,
and anyway, you can always use your other eye for the time being. Photo: Nikkei Electronics
These glasses could even take the hassle out of writing, as Sony Labs and the University of Tokyo who developed these futuristic specs, even thought to equip them with a character and text recognition function (in English), which can be used to identify a book or magazine title, for example. There's even an integrated GPS for automatic geotagging.
Combine this prototype with Panasonic's face-recognition technology and your friends could be automatically tagged in your online photo library.
