Today's the day! DigitalVersus and Les Numériques are hosting our very own consumer technology show in Paris. "La Factory" opened at noon with 45 manufacturers showing off their finest products.
Touch-controls are the flavour of the day on the Acer stand, with a tablet, a touchscreen ultrabook and this all-in-one 27" touchscreen PC (the 7600U), all running on Windows 8.
This all-in-one PC is a real eye-catcher, proudly positioned in the middle of the Acer stand. As well as its sleek design, it has a Full HD IPS multipoint (up to ten) touchscreen. Strong features include USB 3.0 connections, as well HDMI ins and outs. It can therefore be hooked up as a source to an LCD TV or used as a screen for you Blu-ray player—good call!
