BUYER'S GUIDE / The Best All-In-One Computers
The 3 best computers of the moment: the best all-rounder, the best-value computer, the best budget option, the best choice if money is no object.
The 2012 generation of the 27" iMac is slimmer than ever (bye-bye DVD drive), and has lots of computing and gaming power. Oh yeah, and both the screen and audio are top-notch. This is one excellent all-in-one computer! All it really needs is a TV tuner and a less snooty price.
This new "entry-level" Mac doesn't disappoint, offering plenty of advantages seen in higher-end iMacs while still maintaining decent performances in spite of its scaled-down processor. Still, it's not perfect. For starters there's no built-in TV tuner, the graphics chip isn't particularly powerful and you pay a premium for extra storage space.
The MSI AG240 2PE is one of the best all-in-one PCs we've reviewed. It has an outstanding display, powerful processing and graphics and impressive sound quality. It's a standout product that will satiate the needs of gamers looking for a stylish PC that isn't too bulky.
