Some readers have noticed variations in the levels of brightness on the screen of their Dell U2410 monitors. We therefore contacted Dell to find out what the firm had to say about the matter. However, since we were met with a wall of silence from Dell, we decided to strip the monitor of two more stars. 

On Friday evening, we finally managed to discuss the matter properly with a representative from the firm. He assured us that the problem was being addressed with immediate importance and that Dell would come back to us with a more detailed response very soon. Obviously, we'll let you know as soon as we hear anything.

In the meantime, if you own a Dell U2410 and you've noticed any problems with inconsistent brightness on the screen, then we're interested in hearing about it the DigitalVersus forum.
