It was announced just a few days ago that Deezer would soon be available for handsets running Windows Phone 7 and Nokia's Symbian OS.
The French music streaming site is therefore catching up with its Swedish rival Spotify, which has been one step ahead of the game in compatibility with mobile phones. In fact, Spotify is still way ahead of Deezer in the field and the company is generally in healthier shape than the French contender. However, competition in the mobile music streaming sector will hopefully mean more choice and improved services for end users.
